In the heart of a secluded Eastern European village, devoid of the familiar comfort of mocha lattés and free wifi, the young American crew of the global home improvement reality show "Home Hunters Global" lands with a mission. Their task is seemingly simple: documenting the transformation of a fixer-upper by Californian artist Becky Westlake. Little do they know, their everyday challenges would soon be dwarfed by the uncanny realities of this remote village. Host Kate Banks and her crew, initially unnerved by the cultural shock and the village's eerie superstitions, remain blissfully unaware of the sinister shadows of the past that lurk around every corner. The village, with its disturbing history of witch-burning, is not as dormant as it seems. The moment their filming inadvertently disrupts the villagers' clandestine religious ritual, the quaint rural landscape swiftly descends into a nightmarish realm of horror. As the blood starts to flow and their fears reach a crescendo, the crew realizes the worst is yet to come.
