Raif Moyle, a man of endearing clumsiness, finds himself returning to the quaint familiarity of Cheshire, called upon to attend the wedding of his elder brother, Tim, and Saskia, their shared childhood friend. Saskia, once the embodiment of youthful exuberance and rebellion, is now on the brink of matrimony. Unsettling Saskia's socially-aware mother Alex, Raif takes up the dual role of not only the best man but also the unofficial videographer, planning to document the journey toward the couple's big day, and the event itself. As the camera rolls, Raif dives deeper into the lives of the soon-to-be-wed couple, only to uncover that beneath the cheerful veneer, there might be a layer of hidden discontent, stirring doubts about the impending happiness. Amidst the whirlwind of emotions, the wedding eventually transpires, unfolding a series of surprises, with the most unexpected revelation being delivered by none other than Alex herself.
