Plot

Grace Crawford (Amanda Markowitz), left shattered by a painful split from her betrothed (Brendan Sexton III), seeks refuge in a secluded family retreat. Her journey there is marked by a haunting encounter with an enigmatic stranger (Lin Shaye), a meeting that chills her to the bone. She arrives to find the house inhabited by her sister, Catherine (Victoria Matlock). Their reunion is initially wrapped in joy and nostalgia, but it isn't long before Catherine's erratic behavior uncovers a distressing truth. She's trapped in the clutches of paranoid schizophrenia, a mirror image of their late mother who tragically ended her own life. As Grace grapples with this shocking revelation, she stumbles upon a dreadful secret linked to Catherine's alienated daughter, pushing her sanity to the brink. The boundaries between the actual and the imagined become increasingly indistinct as Catherine's conduct spirals out of control. Grace finds herself in a desperate struggle against time, battling not just for her sanity but also for the survival of her family. As the clock ticks and the situation worsens, Grace must summon all her strength to prevent an impending catastrophe.
