In the sinister underbelly of 1978 Hong Kong, a chilling murder shatters the city's façade of normalcy. Fast forward eight years to a tranquil Macao beach, where the innocence of a child's play is interrupted by the gruesome discovery of severed human hands, a stark reminder of the past's unsolved horrors.
