Chul-min, a humble truck driver, routinely transports commonplace items like liquor and vegetables across vast landscapes. His world is shattered when his beloved daughter is struck by a life-threatening congenital heart disease. In desperation, he races against time, seeking financial aid from friends for her critical operation. His efforts, however, bear no fruit, pushing him to the perilous world of gambling. Despite his high hopes, he loses it all, leaving him at the mercy of the ruthless gang boss who controls the gambling den.
As a cruel twist of fate, the gang boss thrusts upon Chul-min a chilling job - transporting freshly stabbed corpses to a distant province. Amid the eerie silence and the chilling company of lifeless bodies, Chul-min turns to the radio for solace, only to be confronted by news of a rampant serial killer.
