Plot

In the whimsical chaos of "The Three Stooges Meet Hercules," we find our unlikely heroes - three hapless druggists and their mild-mannered inventor friend, Schuyler - embarking on a slapstick-laden adventure through time. A fortuitous mishap with Schuyler's latest invention, a time machine, propels them along with Schuyler's girlfriend, Diane, into the heart of ancient Greece. Their arrival catches the attention of the oppressive King Odius, who is instantly smitten by the modern-day Diane. Using the excuse of the trio's inadvertent assistance in aiding the rebel leader Ulysses' flight, Odius condemns them and Schuyler to a life of hardship as galley rowers. The grueling labor unexpectedly transforms the once-meek Schuyler into a brawny figure of Herculean strength. Seizing the opportunity, the three druggists launch an audacious scheme, promoting Schuyler as the legendary Hercules in a series of gladiatorial contests. Armed with his newfound strength and a stash of potent tranquilizers curiously brought from their own time by Curly-Joe, Schuyler becomes a roaring success. However, their ruse spins out of control when the real Hercules, ironically in the employ of King Odius, learns about his imposter. In a twist of fate, our Stooges, with their distinctive charm, persuade the actual Hercules to join their cause, leading to a riotous rescue mission to save Diane from the clutches of the lecherous King. "The Three Stooges Meet Hercules" is a hilarious rollercoaster ride, where the past and present collide in the most comically unexpected ways.
