In the world of deception and scams, Elizabeth "Betty" and Victor, two small-time con artists, weave intricate webs of trickery, swindling unsuspecting victims out of their hard-earned money. Their latest escapade sees them outmaneuvering a garden tools salesman in the sun-soaked French Riviera, but a larger plot is already in motion.
