In the heart of India, 1880, young Mowgli's life takes a drastic turn when his father meets a tragic end in the jaws of the ferocious tiger, Sher Khan. Finding solace among a pack of benevolent wolves, Mowgli grows up in the primal embrace of the jungle, under the watchful eyes of his newfound family and the guidance of his unlikely friends - Bagheera, the black panther; Baloo, the jovial black bear; and his brother, Greywolf. A decade later, curiosity leads Mowgli to the world of humans where he returns with a trained monkey, only to find his wolf brethren refuse him. Isolated and branded an outcast, he's left to navigate the perils of the jungle without the aid of his trusted comrades. His tranquillity is further shattered when he becomes the focus of an array of formidable foes. The cunning Harrison, a scout for P.T. Barnum Circus, seeks to capture Mowgli and exploit him as a curiosity in America. In his relentless pursuit, he employs the assistance of the local grandee, Buldeo. Unbeknownst to Mowgli, the venomous Buldeo is his paternal uncle, who harbours malicious intent. With Mowgli being the only roadblock standing between Buldeo and his late brother's opulent estate, Buldeo's hunger for wealth fuels his ruthless determination to get rid of the young man-cub. Simultaneously, Mowgli faces an onslaught from Sher Khan, the tiger whose appetite is whetted by the prospect of feasting on the man-cub, and a pair of intimidating apes. The jungle, once a sanctuary, now turns into a battlefield where Mowgli must fight for survival.
