The Bye Bye Man (2017)

Sasha, her boyfriend Elliot and their friend John have found a great house near the college where they are all students. Almost immediately, strange things start to happen. A coin appears and disappears, Elliot finds writing in a drawer about someone called "the Bye Bye Man," and a psychic friend becomes disturbed during a séance. Elliot does some research and finds some cases from decades earlier when people murdered their entire families and blamed the Bye Bye Man. It is clear that something terrible has invaded their lives, but their efforts to escape it may be futile.
