In the heart of Lovelyloveville, a secret celebration is in the works as the Oogieloves - Goobie, Zoozie, and Toofie - join forces with their companions J. Edgar, Windy Window, and Ruffy, to throw a surprise birthday party for their dear friend Schluufy. However, the festive air crackles with suspense when a clumsy mishap by J. Edgar sends the final five magical balloons - the life of the party - floating away into the whimsical corners of Lovelyloveville. Undeterred by this unexpected setback, the Oogieloves embark on a vibrant quest. Their mission? To retrieve the magical balloons and save Schluufy's surprise party. Along their journey, they cross paths with an array of wonderfully eccentric characters, from the rotund Dotty Rounder, portrayed by Cloris Leachman, to the unsteady Bobby Wobbly, brought to life by Carey Elwes.
