The Old Guard (2020)

For centuries, a band of immortals has protected the Earth from chaos by taking on the most dangerous missions possible. They've kept themselves hidden, but when their regeneration is caught on camera, they're forced out into the open. Now they must avoid capture by pharmaceutical executives who want to turn their powers into a marketable drug; they also must rescue and train a new immortal who's recently surfaced in Afghanistan. Slowly, the group's healing powers begin to fade, leaving them to wonder if something -- or someone -- is working against them.
