The Hollow Point (2016)

Wallace Skolin left town long ago and was thought dead by most of the town's residents, but he finds that the settlement he left behind has changed a great deal in his absence. The cowardly sheriff has allowed outlaws to run roughshod over the town, and it's now become a hot spot for drugs that criminal cartels are smuggling over the Mexican border. As the new sheriff, Wallace has a lot to deal with them. Not only is a vicious hitman known as Atticus on the loose, but there are also plenty in town who stand to benefit from the current criminal arrangement.
