The Devil's Plaything (1973)

In the heart of Germany's mountain range, a chilling and isolated castle looms, forever echoing the dreadful tale of the beautiful medieval vampire, Baroness Varga. Condemned to death for her insatiable craving for the lifeblood of women, she howled a curse promising her return to eternally quench her abnormal thirst...a day that has ominously arrived. Unwittingly, four women find themselves entrapped within the castle's stone walls, ignorant of the fact that a tantalizingly wicked housekeeper, a servant of Satan and a high priestess, governs this unhallowed place, ruling over a coven of alluring maidens. These maidens, under the cloak of darkness, perform tantalizing rituals and sacrilegious acts every night, all to preserve the lingering spirit of the Baroness. As the women are progressively ensnared in this lurid nightmare, it is the most uninhibited among them who is destined to become the conduit for the Baroness's return...to perpetuate her unhallowed reign of fear!
