Plot

In the seedy underworld of mob debts, French, a martial artist trained in the classical discipline, finds himself trading his dojo for a life of danger and unpredictability. Driven by escalating debts, he teams up with his partner, Alex, willingly stepping into the murky world of debt collection. As a novice debt collector, French soon realizes the path to financial redemption is far from straightforward, and the chances of making quick money are slim. Their seemingly routine job takes a treacherous turn when a certain "client" drags French and Alex into a whirlpool of unexpected complexities, where trust is a luxury they can't afford. As they find themselves in a high-risk game of deceit and betrayal, they must navigate a labyrinth of perilous encounters, where every action could lead to unforeseen consequences. The Debt Collector, directed by Jesse V. Johnson, features a stellar ensemble including Louis Mandylor, Michael Pare, Tony Todd, and Vladimir Kulich. The film is a thrilling ride, treading the fine line between survival and morality, while testing the limits of a friendship amidst the chaos of the mob world.
