In the midst of an exhilarating road trip to Las Vegas, six college friends - Mark, Rachel, Liz, Atlanta, Sophie, and Adam - find themselves entangled in a web of terror that begins to unravel with a single, tragic decision. The wealthy, yet self-absorbed, Mark takes it upon himself to lead the group via an obscure shortcut, a choice that triggers an unforeseen chain of events. An unexpected encounter with an old tow truck driver raises tension in the group, until a sudden apparition of a woman on the road results in a devastating car accident, claiming Liz's life. As grief and shock set in, Mark and Adam chase after the mysteriously wounded woman, while the rest of the group, with Atlanta guarding Liz's lifeless body, venture into the wilderness to seek help. What they stumble upon is a weathered house nestled in the woods, an eerie beacon of hope in their dire situation. However, the house is far from a sanctuary; it's a lair inhabited by a deranged family of psychopaths. The group's desperate fight for survival escalates, as they must navigate the horrors lurking within the remote farmhouse and evade the relentless pursuit of their crazed captors. In this rural nightmare, the students’ bid for freedom becomes a chilling dance with death, making their once thrilling trip a horrifying journey they may never return from.
