In the eerie wake of a wolf-like creature's deadly rampage on Cadaverous Island, leaving a troop of boy scouts brutally massacred, the goofy yet resolute Walter Romero finds his courage ignited to uncover the chilling truth behind his best friend's untimely demise. Alongside him, the perpetually dazed neighborhood stoner, Johnny Mason, offers his unlikely aid, together hatching a plan to entice the alluring Ashley Valinski, the local beauty with access to her father's boat, through a haze of smoke and youthful charm. Their voyage to the ominous island, however, swiftly spirals into a macabre nightmare as a swarm of bloodthirsty zombies hijacks their boat, marooning them in the heart of danger. Cut off from civilization and with danger growling at every corner, Walter, Ashley, and Johnny find themselves forming an unexpected alliance with an eclectic mix of island inhabitants - a duo of undaunted cops, an ambitious mayor, and a team of intrepid botanists. As the wolf's terrifying howls resonate across the island and the undead close in, this ragtag group must muster every ounce of their courage and cunning to confront the monstrous threat. Together, they're plunged into a fight for survival, a desperate stand against the lurking horrors.
