Set against the backdrop of a London scarred by relentless bomb blasts, Thaandavam unravels the dark and complex tale of Kenny (Vikram), an enigmatic blind pianist gracing the halls of a local church. As night descends, Kenny sheds his serene facade, emerging as a relentless killing machine haunting the city's shadows, his vengeance aimed predominantly at white men. The film peels back layers of intrigue to reveal that Kenny is, in fact, Sivakumar, an elite operative from India's RAW intelligence agency. Once leading a tranquil existence with his wife Meenakshi (Anushka), a gifted eye surgeon, Sivakumar's world shatters when an unspeakable tragedy strikes, leaving his life in tatters and catapulting him onto a path of ruthless retribution.
