Plot

In the cutting-edge metropolis of future Belgrade, Serbia, we find Edit, a charismatic yet disillusioned female student, grappling with the final hurdles of her academia. Struggling under the weight of her unrelenting parents, a lecherous professor, and her lackadaisically pot-loving companions, Edit yearns for respite. Desperate to regain her mental stamina, she resorts to procuring an illicit chip from a friend-turned-drug-dealer. This chip, once fused with her bloodstream, amplifies her memory intake by a remarkable tenfold. Juggling her studies, Edit also serves as the guardian of a silent autistic savant teenager. After acing her exam, a visit to the boy leaves her unnerved, as he inexplicably foretells her imminent phone call. The caller, an enigmatic old scientist and the legal guardian of the boy, invites her to witness his clandestine research project, which holds the potential to unveil the future. However, visiting the lab has unforeseen consequences. Edit falls unwell and starts being haunted by a spectral man invisible to others. As she grapples with her newfound superhuman agility, she initiates contact with this phantom figure. But is she ready for the earth-shattering revelations that await her? Unbeknownst to her, the national security agency bankrolling the scientist's project has caught wind of Edit's transformation. Her life now hangs in the balance, teetering between the ordinary and the extraordinary, the known and the unknown. The stage is set for a thrilling journey that pushes the boundaries of science, reality, and the human mind.
