In the hidden world beneath our feet, Sunshine Barry, a solitary earthworm, dreams of more than just dirt and darkness. He aspires to prove that worms can do more than just wriggle through soil. Inspired by the shimmering beats of disco, Barry embarks on a quest to form the world's greatest disco band alongside his girlfriend Gloria and their motley crew of worm friends. Their mission: to show their fellow creatures that even the humblest of earthworms can rise to stardom, one boogie at a time.
In their path, however, stands Dennis, their alluring arch-nemesis, renowned for his sexy sway and smoldering charisma. The challenge of outshining Dennis in the disco spotlight may seem insurmountable, but Barry believes that with dedication, practice, and a bit of sparkle, they can triumph.
