Sunset Stories (2012)

In the heart of Los Angeles, May, a nurse burdened by OCD and a compulsive swearing habit, embarks on a mission to secure bone marrow for a life-saving transplant. As the city's dazzling lights envelop her, she unwittingly stumbles into the shadows of a past she's been desperately trying to escape. In her panic, she misplaces the precious cooler containing the bone marrow and finds herself reluctantly seeking assistance from a figure she had vowed never to cross paths with again— the man she deserted four years ago. With a ticking clock of less than 24 hours, they plunge into an adrenaline-fueled quest through Los Angeles' labyrinthine streets. As their journey intertwines with the threads of their past and present, they inch closer not only to the lost cooler but also to the unsettling truth behind their shattered relationship.
