Raftaar Singh (Akshay), a vibrant soul from Bassi Pathana in Punjab, fills his days with daring fire hula-hoop stunts and hypnotic dances at local fairs. His life, punctuated by his mother's (Rati Agnihotri) delectable jalebis, is a constant source of exasperation for his father (Yograj Singh). Tired of his son's carefree antics, Raftaar's father presents him with a stark ultimatum - marry the chosen bride, Sweety, or relocate to Goa to work for a family friend.
