Shoot, Gringo... Shoot! (1968)

In a world of lawlessness and treachery, Mexican tycoon Gutierrez proposes a life-saving deal to the gallows-bound Chad Stark; his freedom in exchange for recapturing Gutierrez's renegade son, Fidel. Stark plunges into the savage wilderness, crossing paths with his old adversary, "the Major," who now leads the outlaw band Fidel has allied with. Manipulating the Major with a phony train heist scheme, Stark captures Fidel. Stark and Fidel embark on a perilous voyage across a merciless desert, intersecting the journey of the hopeful Londonderry family, California-bound settlers. Upon returning to the Gutierrez estate with the rebellious Fidel, Stark uncovers a shocking truth; Fidel is not of Gutierrez's bloodline. The woman Gutierrez wed carried another man's child unbeknownst to him, and Fidel was the result. Fueled by dishonor, Gutierrez seeks revenge on Fidel. The ranch becomes the stage for a deadly shootout, its drama intensifying when the Major strides onto the scene. As gun smoke dissipates, Stark sets his sights on California, hoping for a rendezvous with the Londonderry's enchanting daughter. Beside him, against all odds, rides... Fidel!
