San Antonio (2004)

In the midst of a global terrorist epidemic jeopardizing world leaders, the audacious Commissaire San-Antonio and his lustful sidekick, Lieutenant Bérurier, are entrusted with the formidable task of safeguarding the French ambassador in a posh British hotel. However, Bérurier's irresistible allure to carnal pleasures leads to an unforeseen disaster - a stunning Italian enchantress masterminds the ambassador's abduction, leaving a helpless San-Antonio to bear witness. Returning to Paris, a disgraced San-Antonio is stripped of his badge by the stern police chief, Achille Hachille, while Bérurier, to his delight, finds himself stepping up the ranks. Yet, the bliss is short-lived as the nation plunges into chaos with the sudden and unexplained disappearance of the Republic's president. In response, the Police Minister entrusts the seemingly impossible task of rescuing the president to the one man capable of achieving the impossible - San-Antonio. With a covert team and a ticking 48-hour clock, the race against time begins. At the Elysée, San-Antonio crosses paths with the freshly promoted Bérurier, now the official investigator. However, alliances are tossed aside, as it becomes a thrilling race of who will first unearth the president. The trails are labyrinthine and teeming with danger, from menacing terrorists and unscrupulous financial institutions, to international crime lords, duplicitous politicians, and seductive femme fatales wielding persuasive charms. San-Antonio must navigate this treacherous terrain, decipher cryptic clues, and untangle a web of deceit to save the day.
