In the vibrant era of 1961, Chas and Leroy, two spirited servicemen weary of their military obligations, daringly stow away on a US-bound military cargo plane from Panama. These audacious adventurers aren't just fleeing the service; Leroy, discontented with his army compensation, smuggles a crate of military supplies with dreams of selling them in the land of opportunity. As the plane soars over an unknown military base, curiosity gets the better of Leroy. He experiments with a high-tech military camera stashed within their smuggled loot, inadvertently capturing the base's secretive essence. The photos, discarded in mid-air, become fragments of a puzzle that could spell disaster for our dynamic duo. Meanwhile, back on American soil, an unsuspecting cleaner stumbles upon the discarded photos within the aircraft. His discovery triggers an alarm among his superiors who misconstrue the stowaways' intentions, painting them as communist spies.
