In the world of health and wellness, Trevor, a relentlessly upbeat gym owner portrayed by Guy Pearce, finds his fitness ideologies clashing with Kat's, his pragmatic employee played by Cobie Smulders. Their professional relationship is complicated by a past romantic entanglement, with unresolved emotional baggage threatening to disrupt their work. Tensions escalate when their divergent approaches to fitness strain the gym’s rapport with a wealthy newcomer, Danny, brought to life by Kevin Corrigan. Trevor's attempt to mediate the situation only serves to reveal his own emotional turmoil, further complicating matters.
