In the heart of Los Angeles, a foreboding secret lurks in the basement of a forsaken church, guarded for centuries by a clandestine sect of priests. Upon the death of the last guardian, a curious priest, Father Loomis, stumbles upon an ominous diary and a mysterious key. Compelled by the cryptic writings, he dares to unlock the basement door, revealing an eerie vat filled with a grotesque green liquid. Father Loomis, sensing the insidious nature of this discovery, enlists the help of Professor Birack and a cadre of ambitious physics graduate students from the local university. As the group delves into their exploration, they unravel the horrifying truth; the liquid is not just a substance, but a malevolent essence, the encapsulated remains of Satan himself. Their probing investigations awaken the slumbering evil, stirring the son of Satan to action. The liquid begins to pulsate with a life of its own, mutating some of the students into mindless zombies, pawns in the impending apocalypse. The Devil, now awakened, yearns to free his omnipotent father, the Anti-God, threatening to usher in an era of darkness. As the church transforms into a gruesome battlefield, the remaining students find themselves in a desperate race against time. Will they manage to thwart the Devil's cataclysmic plan, or will the Prince of Darkness succeed in unleashing an age of chaos? The fate of mankind hangs in the balance in this chilling tale of horror and suspense.
