Plot
Shounen Bat (Lil' Slugger) assaults people on his rollerblades wielding a golden baseball bat and sets Paranoia in around Musashino City. The victims aren’t believed at first until more people from adults to children are being attacked. Two detectives Keiichi Ikari and Mitsuhiro Maniwa set out to find the truth of the Shounen Bat and the assailant before it is too late.
