In the dusty realms of the old West, the 11th film of PRC's "Lone Rider" series unfurls a tale of friendship, deceit, and redemption. Our gallant hero, Tom Cameron, known as the Lone Rider, along with his trusty sidekick, Fuzzy Jones, stumble upon their wounded friend, Smoky Hammer. Underneath the scorching sun, they find him half-alive, ambushed by a ruthless gang of outlaws whose shadows darken the B-X Ranch — a property Smoky co-owns and where Tom and Fuzzy were headed to. Years ago, Smoky's father was cruelly murdered, leaving behind a daughter, Tess, raised in the deceitful arms of the ranch's foreman, Sid Clayton, who she believes to be her father. Smoky, estranged for years, decides to feign death from the attack, hoping to unearth the sinister plot brewing at the B-X Ranch. Boulder Pass, controlled by the scheming Gil Harkness, is the key to the ranchers' livelihood, but they are crippled by the exorbitant toll demanded for their cattle to graze. Tom, Smoky, and Tess find themselves entangled in this web of greed and treachery. Tess, a fiery spirit, questions the unjust toll, but Clayton's answers serve only to deepen her suspicions. As the plot thickens, Harkness, believing he has successfully eliminated Smoky, sets his eyes on Tess, aiming for a clear title to the B-X Ranch. Jake, a pawn of Harkness, overhears Tom reveal Smoky's true identity to Tess. The game of cat and mouse intensifies as Harkness cunningly tricks Tom and Smoky, leading to Tom's arrest by the sheriff. Outlaws of Boulder Pass is a riveting saga of courage, friendship, and justice, where the heroes walk a tightrope of danger in their fight against corruption.
