Plot

In the bustling world of broadcast television, N. Venkateswara Rao, nicknamed Venky (Naga Shourya), dreams of becoming a renowned news reader, following in the footsteps of his once-famed, now paralyzed father. Despite being stuck in teleshopping advertising for years at UB TV, his unwavering aspiration keeps him on his toes. His journey is further complicated by a formidable foe, Vamana Rao, and a jealous boss, Uday Bhaskar (Srinivas Avasarala), who resents Venky's effortless charm with women — a skill Uday himself sorely lacks. As fate would have it, Uday, after rejecting numerous marital prospects, finally agrees to marry the captivating dentist, Sirisha. Seeking to better understand her, he requests a second meeting. Hampered by his inability to converse with women, Uday turns to the suave Venky for advice, unwittingly igniting a chain of events that will forever alter their lives. This leads to Venky revealing his own history of love, introducing us to the enchanting Sri Sai Sirisha Prabhavathi, known as Prabha (Rashi Khanna), a Delhi-based girl whom he met during a vacation in Vishakapatnam in 2009. A chance encounter in a theater blossomed into a connection, as they discovered they lived in the same apartment complex, albeit in separate flats. Unbeknownst to Uday, Prabha is the very woman whom Venky had once adored, and who still harbors feelings for him. Thus, the stage is set for a riveting tale of love, rivalry, and destiny. As Uday plots and schemes, and Venky struggles with his resurfacing emotions for Prabha, the question arises: who will Prabha ultimately choose? The story of Oohalu Gusagusalade unravels this intricate web of relationships with a dash of humor and a lot of heart.
