In the shadowy underbelly of organized crime, Eddy (Jayaprakash Reddy) rules with an iron fist, his right arm being the ruthless Devudu (Gopichand). Entangled in a complicated love triangle, Devudu's adored Malli (Raasi) becomes an object of desire for Eddy, sparking a brutal power shift. In a fit of rage and betrayal, Devudu slays Eddy, ascending to the throne of the mafia empire.
Meanwhile, the city's brave fire officer, Venkateswarlu (Ranganath), crosses paths with the new kingpin. After rescuing a marketplace set ablaze by Devudu's reckless antics, Venkateswarlu earns the mobster's ire. A vengeful Devudu frames Venkateswarlu for murder, thrusting the noble fireman into a jail cell.
Caught in this whirlwind of injustice is Seetaram (Mahesh Babu), Venkateswarlu's innocent son. Desperate to liberate his father, Seetaram finds himself facing a barrage of demands for bribes, and the situation spirals out of control when the corrupt police officer murders his father. The story unfolds into a relentless quest for vengeance led by Seetaram and his mother (Talluri Rameswari), the widow of the slain fire officer.
Haunted by the loss of her husband and driven by a thirst for justice, the mother becomes a mentor to her son. She cultivates in him a strength both physical and emotional, preparing him to strike back at the criminals who ruined their lives. Together, they meticulously and methodically hunt down those responsible, serving justice in a powerful display of retribution. 'Nijam' paints a riveting tale of a boy and his mother, wronged by the society they inhabit, and their relentless pursuit of justice, guided by a mother's love and a burning desire for revenge.
