Plot
High school friends Manon, Aurore, and Marie harbor dreams of representing their school at the esteemed Young Challenge "Special Dance" competition, hosted by the city of Paris. The prize? An exhilarating month-long escape to their dream country, free from the mundane constraints of daily life. Yet, on the day of their audition, Manon succumbs to stage fright and dashes off, resulting in their disqualification.
In a twist of fate, Djena, the school's top dancer and member of the assumed winning group, has a fallout with her team. Seizing the opportunity to redeem herself, Manon persuades Djena to join their group, and they convince their headmaster to register both rival factions for the Challenge.
Djena, now the quartet's leader, lays down her terms. Their performance will be rooted in the grace of traditional Indian dance, with an emphasis on sensuality to make up for their technical shortcomings. She declares there's one key to thriving in dance – the exploration of pleasure. With only a month to go, the girls embark on a comedic yet poignant journey of self-discovery.
Aurore grapples with her long-term boyfriend's lack of ideal lover qualities. Manon wrestles with her inhibitions, and Marie struggles to break free from her overbearing mother, with neither having experienced love yet. Even Djena, despite her outward confidence, has much to unravel about herself.
Through first loves, bouts of jealousy, and novel experiences, the girls transform, their friendship deepening and their personal growth blossoming. The climactic ending sees them at the finals of the Youth Challenge, where their bond and evolution are celebrated, marking the grand finale of their unforgettable journey.
