In the shadowy world of international espionage, the merciless criminal mastermind Julian Wall, spearhead of the clandestine syndicate Big-O, embarks on a global assassination conspiracy. His objective? To abduct the esteemed Dr. Norman Solaris, the genius behind the cataclysmic Helio-beam weapon - a solar-powered tool of destruction capable of incinerating an entire continent.
