Plot

Set against the mesmerizing backdrop of Goa, a charming coastal town in western India, the romantic drama "Monsoon" unveils a tale of love, fidelity, and reincarnation. Richard Tyson stars as Kenneth Blake, a man caught in the throes of a passionate affair, even as he is on the brink of matrimony with his devoted fiancée, Sally Stephens, portrayed by Jenny McShane. Their idyllic vacation takes a turn when Kenneth crosses paths with the enchanting Leela, played by Helen Brodie. What begins as a chance encounter soon blossoms into an affair that threatens to shatter Kenneth's pledge of fidelity. As he grapples with his feelings, torn between the steadfast Sally and the alluring Leela, an even more startling revelation awaits him. Leela believes that their intense connection is not a mere coincidence, but the rebirth of a centuries-old love story. She is convinced that they are the reincarnates of a pair of star-crossed lovers who tragically ended their lives together in a double suicide five centuries ago. As Kenneth navigates this labyrinth of love and destiny, he must make a choice that could alter the course of his life forever. Also known as "Tales of the Kama Sutra 2: Monsoon", the film features compelling performances from Doug Jeffery and Matt McCoy, adding another layer of complexity to this intricate tale of love transcending time.
