Plot

In the thrilling sequel to the 'One-Armed Boxer' film, a lethal dance of revenge and survival unfolds. The one-armed boxer, now the master of a martial arts school, finds himself relentlessly pursued by a ruthlessly vengeful blind man, Fu Sing Wu Chi. The blind man, an expert in the deadly art of the flying guillotine, seethes with rage for the loss of his disciples, the Ching assassins, to the one-armed boxer. In an ironic twist of fate, Fu's blindness becomes his guiding light in his quest for revenge, leading him on a gruesome rampage against all one-armed men he encounters in his relentless pursuit of Liu, the one-armed boxer. Fu's deadly campaign is aided by an enigmatic Thai boxer and an Indian fakir, whose arms mystifyingly stretch to an incredible ten feet. Meanwhile, Liu employs unconventional teaching methods at his martial arts school, training his students to harness their breath, enabling them to defy gravity, running up walls and across ceilings. Amidst this chaotic storm of revenge and survival, a Japanese karate expert weaves his own intricate web of intentions, setting his sights on the daughter of a deceased martial arts teacher, another victim of Fu's relentless quest for vengeance. 'Master of the Flying Guillotine' is a whirlwind of martial arts mastery, ludicrously inspired moments, and epic battles. Rationality may take a backseat, but the thrilling, improbable action promises a cinematic journey that is anything but predictable.
