In the seething underbelly of Chicago, hardened DEA agent John Hatcher has barely returned from the drug-infested jungles of Colombia, where he witnessed his partner's life brutally extinguished by a ruthless drug lord. Weighed down by a heavy heart, John contemplates retirement, seeking solace in the warm embrace of his sister Melissa and her daughter Tracy.
