Kong: Skull Island (2017)

After the Vietnam War, two men want to explore an uncharted island in the Pacific. They receive government financing for the expedition and take some soldiers a journalist and a photographer to document the findings on the tropical island. The landscape is beautiful, but the wildlife is terrible, especially Kong a giant gorilla. With life-threatening situations at every turn, their mission changes from discovery to survival. Kong has the possibility of saving the remaining crew or hindering them. Will the giant help them get off the island where no humans belong, or will they never return to civilization to tell the tale?
