Kill the Irishman (2011)

Danny Greene works as a longshoreman with friends Billy McComber and Art Sneperger. They work at the Cleveland Docks under union boss Jerry Merke. Capo John Nardi comes to collect a debt from Sneperger, which he cannot pay. To forgive the debt, Greene gives Nardi stolen goods from the docks. Merke finds out and demands a cut of the profits. Greene kills a hitman and replaces Merke as union boss. However, he's soon arrested for own corrupt dealings and becomes an FBI informant. He continues his shady dealings after being released from prison and simultaneously works to help Irish-Americans in need.
