Kalakalappu (2012)

In the vibrant and chaotic world of Kalakalappu, two brothers, Raghu and Cheenu, fight to save their beloved café from the brink of closure. Flamboyant Cheenu runs the café while his brother, Raghu, serves time in prison. When their café flunks the stringent health test conducted by the stern inspector Madhavi, they are given a critical month to turn things around or shut down for good. Upon his release from prison, Raghu dives headfirst into the café's affairs, breathing new life into the struggling establishment with his innovative ideas. Amidst the chaos of renovation and rebirth, love blossoms in unexpected places. Raghu finds himself drawn to Shalini, the enchanting daughter of the chef, while Cheenu succumbs to Madhavi's stern charm. However, their fight for survival takes a twisted turn when a deceitful police inspector swindles the café from them during Cheenu's absence at Madhavi's village.
