Terry Griffith, a bubbly teenager with striking looks and a spark for popularity, seemingly possesses everything — an ideal college boyfriend, impending journalistic success, and a stellar article that’s seemingly poised to secure her a coveted summer internship at a local newspaper. However, when her journalism teacher overlooks her piece for those penned by her male peers, Terry is left questioning whether the bitter taste of sexism is to blame. With a fierce determination to win the internship, Terry makes a daring decision to go undercover as a boy at a rival high school.
