In the heart of a nondescript town, Angel, a man of rigid routine and a staunch misanthrope, wallows in his loneliness. This chain-smoking cynic, known for his abrasive demeanor, finds solace only at his local bar, where he lashes out at the patrons with a bitterness that borders on the obsessive. However, beneath Angel's harsh exterior lies an unexpected paradox; an inner angel yearning for liberation. One day, the unimaginable happens; Angel wakes up to find a pair of pristine, snow-white wings sprouting from his back. These angelic appendages, steeped in mystery and grandeur, compel him to perform good deeds, a stark contrast to his usual self-serving antics. Angel's newfound benevolence, however, is a burden to his well-cultivated reputation of being a cantankerous recluse. As Angel grapples with this bewildering transformation, his wings become a beacon for the greedy and fame-hungry townsfolk. They see the wings as a golden ticket to celebrity and wealth, igniting a battle Angel never asked for. Amidst the chaos, the reluctant do-gooder must navigate the treacherous waters of his own cynicism, fight off those who covet his wings, and possibly, discover the suppressed angel within. In this unexpected journey, Angel learns that even the most hardened hearts can sprout wings of change.
