I Wonder Who's Killing Her Now? (1975)

Oliver's world teeters on the edge of disaster as he's snared in an embezzlement scandal involving his father's company. A staggering debt of $250,000 hangs over him, a sum he cannot possibly repay. With the threats of job termination, arrest, and imprisonment looming, his affluent wife adds to his woes, refusing to bail him out and even considering divorce. In the throes of desperation, Oliver hatches a perilous plan. He secures an insurance policy on his wife, positioning himself as the beneficiary, and employs a hitman to orchestrate her untimely demise. However, the plan quickly spirals into chaos when he discovers the insurance policy is rendered invalid due to the incompetence of the examining doctor. Frantically, Oliver embarks on a twisted quest to cancel the hit. He manages to locate the original hitman, only to uncover a convoluted web of subcontracted assassinations. Each killer he discovers leads him to another, each more elusive than the last. The question remains: Just how many individuals have been enlisted in this perilous game to end his wife’s life?
