I Feel Pretty (2018)

Renee Bennett is an overweight young woman who holds deep insecurities about her looks. Her low self-esteem causes her to place self-imposed limits resulting in a dreary, lackluster life. Then a freak accident changes everything. Bennett falls off her bike and hits her head hard. When she awakens, she believes she is a stunningly beautiful woman on par with any supermodel. Her newfound confidence emboldens her to pursue exciting jobs and any gorgeous man she wants. But what will happen when her delusion wears off and she realizes her looks haven't changed at all?
