I Am Gabriel (2012)

A couple come across a boy walking all alone on an isolated country road. They give him a ride into their dying, desolate town of Promise, Texas. Gabriel quickly becomes the focus of fascination for the townsfolk as they argue among themselves as to whether the boy is a blessing or a curse. The only thing Gabriel ever says about himself is that he’s here to help. Brody, the town’s sheriff, is tasked with trying to find out who this stranger is and what exactly is he up to.
