In a realm gripped by the iron fist of Prince Regent Zerah, a monstrous beast wreaks havoc. Zerah, who assumed power through the stealthy execution of the Great Khan a decade ago, is haunted by the looming threat of the local champion, Hercules. In an attempt to reinforce his throne, Zerah plots to wed his cousin, Amiko, the supposed descendant of the Great Khan. But Amiko's heart beats for none other than Hercules.
Simultaneously, Hercules, on a daring quest to subdue the beast terrorizing their land, suffers severe injuries at the claws of the monster. Twisted by her sorceress powers and a thirst for vengeance, Amiko manipulates Hercules, turning him into the very monster he'd sworn to slay, and commands him to execute Katya. As Hercules, now the reluctant beast, prepares to eliminate Katya, his brother Ilo intervenes, causing Amiko's demise and breaking the enchantment. Restored to his true self, Hercules stands beside Katya, ready to assist her in reclaiming her rightful kingdom.
