Hello Charlie (2021)

Meet Charlie, a young, daydreaming pizza delivery boy with a simple life and an even simpler mind. His world takes an unexpected turn when he finds himself in the driver's seat of a truck, tasked with delivering a gorilla to the jetty at Porbandar. What he doesn’t know, however, is that the gorilla is actually a disguise for a business tycoon, Makwana, who is on the run following a scam. Makwana's escape plan is facilitated by his partner in crime and love interest, Mona, a glamorous calendar girl. But their journey isn't as straightforward as they'd hoped, with the route being stalked by a real gorilla named DJANGO. As the journey unfolds, a motley crew of colourful characters join the fray. Enter Padma, a village belle in distress; Patel, the owner of a struggling circus; Dr. Ganatra, a perpetually tipsy vet; Karsan Bhai, the truck's owner and Jugnu's uncle; and Ranger Solli Topi, a dedicated forest officer. Together, they create a whirlwind of hilarious, unexpected incidents that transform the road trip into a laugh-a-minute roller coaster ride through the heart of Gujarat. Despite the chaos, amidst the laughs and adventures, and against all odds, our simpleton Charlie emerges a hero, outsmarting the villains and culminating in Makwana's arrest at Diu port. 'Hello Charlie' is a madcap journey of unexpected twists and turns, resulting in an adventure that's as wild as the jungle itself.
