In the radiant glow of Southern California's sun-soaked beaches, three middle-aged businessmen, Hunter, Rounder, and Ashby, decide to break their lifelong workaholic chains and indulge in a well-deserved vacation. Their dream: to bask in the company of youthful beach beauties, half their age. With their pockets full, they rent a plush beach house, believing their money will be the key to their fantasies. However, they quickly realize that their financial prowess isn't enough to impress the young, vivacious women dotting the sandy landscape. Enter Scotty Palmer, a charismatic young man whose charm and suave demeanor make him a magnet for the beach's feminine populace. Intrigued by his allure, the men strike a bargain with Scotty: a $600 fee and residence in their luxurious beach house in exchange for his guidance on wooing the seemingly unreachable women. Hidden beneath this arrangement, however, is Scotty's own desperate predicament - he's on the brink of homelessness, with three months' rent overdue on his dilapidated apartment. This unexpected opportunity not only saves him from eviction but also propels him into a managerial role for a blossoming girl band associated with the "hardbody" movement, a term echoing across the beach in tribute to the perfectly sculpted bodies that grace its sands. As the men navigate the waves of California’s youthful beach culture, they awaken inner monsters that jeopardize their newfound dynamic. This threatens not only Scotty's unconventional job but also strains his relationship with his girlfriend, Kristi.
