In a world where greed and power rule, the coastal town of Southend-on-Sea teeters on the precipice of chaos. Shrewd Eddie, the undisputed Mob Boss, luxuriates in a life of decadence. He commands Southend, indulges in the affections of the alluring Porsche - The Sherbet Lemon, and harbors a million pounds of tainted cash in a briefcase within his fortress-like home.
