Hapkido (1972)

Amid the volatile backdrop of 1934 Korea, under the oppressive shadow of Japanese occupation, rival martial arts academies wage a brutal, open war. When a fierce brawl sparks in the marketplace, three Chinese pupils refuse to stay silent witnessing the unjust assault on a lone fighter by a gang aligned with the invaders. Together, they drive the oppressors away, but their victory comes at a grave cost - their school demolished and they themselves, exiled. Undeterred, they return to their homeland, China, to sow the seeds of their own martial arts school.
