Guns Akimbo (2020)

Computer programmer Miles Lee Harris is good at his job but not much else. Still getting over a breakup with his ex-girlfriend, he finds solace by insulting the people who run a violent game throughout the city in which modern day gladiators fight to the death in a city-wide arena. But he'll have to take a more proactive approach to the problem when he finds himself waking up to discover that his hands have been surgically replaced with two giant pistols. His ex-girlfriend's life is at threat, and that means that he'll have to play the rules of the game if he wants to survive.
