Plot

In the heart of Romania's spectral landscape, Stefan beckons his daughter, Jennifer, to embark on a somber journey for his mother's final rites. Accompanied by Stefan's enigmatic girlfriend Liz, they find themselves in the accursed hamlet of Pelosoara, a place of eerie peculiarities, where Stefan's brother, Vladimir, awaits them. As Jennifer navigates this strange place, she discovers an unsettling truth - she is the last female descendant of her father's lineage. During the funeral, an unfamiliar face lures Jennifer into a clandestine rendezvous at the village square. The appointed hour reveals not a man, but a creature of nightmares feasting on her would-be informant. From the jaws of terror, Jennifer is rescued by Thomas, the last remaining druid on Earth, a guardian against an ancient evil. This evil, once vanquished by the druids and banished to the spiritual realm, is on the brink of resurgence. A reclamation ceremony looms in the darkness, where the malignant queen seeks to possess a vessel and tear open a vortex between the spiritual and the tangible worlds, permitting the ancients' return to Earth. As the clock ticks ominously, Jennifer is thrust into a cosmic game where she plays a pivotal role. The reality is far more complex, and her importance far greater than she could have ever envisioned. The fate of both realms hangs in the balance, teetering on the edge of Jennifer's awakening.
